An Online Group Coaching Program For Women Who Have Healed
In this 6 Week Online Group Coaching Program, you will:
Deepen the connection with your healed Self through guided rituals of self-care
Invite your friendly ancestors to sit with you for support and guidance
Learn effective self regulation skills to use in moments of dysregulation, uncertainty and heaviness
Connect and sit with other women who are on similar healed journeys.
This program is NOT group therapy or intended to treat mental illnesses or other medical conditions. It is intended to teach skills in self-regulation, self-reflection, and spiritual self-care.If you are diagnosed with a serious health condition, please consult with your primary care phsyician or a licensed mental health professional regarding your symptoms. This program is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice from licesnsed professionals.
MODULE 1
Our first module borrows circle traditions that are implemented before ritual ceremonies in many indigenous cultures. Holding a healed circle requires special care in making sure all participants feel comfortable and safe. A contained space generates healing and protection from those within the circle. It is only then can one deepen the connection to their healed Self.
We begin with introductions and agreements. Then we invite our friendly ancestors in.
MODULE 2
All journeys have three elements: the destination, the path and the reason why you’ve chosen this particular destination and this particular path. In this module, we will learn new ways of setting intentions. You will invite your friendly ancestor to this session and connect 1:1 with another who has chosen their path, their destination and probably has the same reasons to be on a journey as you do.
MODULE 3
We draw our ability to regulate from the world around us. Co-regulation is a specialized skill that is learned from birth. When we cried as infants we were in a state of dysregulation and called out for our caregivers to soothe us with their regulation system. When we do not have another human to turn to, it is helpful to turn to nature. In this module, we create a ritual mist of love and fragrance to spray when you feel heartbroken.
Module 4
This module is the most vulnerable you can get with the healed Self. We have spent hours reconnecting with our bodies through exercise, good nutrition, bubble baths and the development of positive body image. But what do we do when we are truly feeling the tensions like knots in our bodies? We practice somatic self-soothing and stress releasing self massage.
MODULE 5
This is where we get all New Age-y. This is where we break through what has been made conscious to you in the last leg of your healing and you’re ready and willing to dive deep into your own shadow. We do this every night in our dreams, where the messages of the unconscious float like images on a movie screen. We just don’t take time to watch. Grab your popcorn and your PJs as we cozy up to the cosmos.
MODULE 6
This is where we say good-bye. All healing journeys begin and end. We meet people and we leave people as instructed by the Buddhist practice of non-attachment. Our healed journeys are own to walk. Let’s celebrate a complete ending and learn how to say good bye to the healing to step into the healed.

live VIRTUAL sessions
In this program, you will participate in small intimate group coaching sessions with other women. Sessions are held via Zoom once a week and are 90 minutes long. Group sessions begin January 2022.
Live sessions are recommended for women who want to get the most out of the program.
Included in this program is lifetime access to the pre-recorded video sessions offered in the Self-Paced option.
FAQs
What do you mean by “women who are healed"?
This program is intended for women who are aware of the traumas that have shaped their journeys and have participated in previous forms of healing. This could be through individual or group psychotherapy, psychiatric medications, intensive retreats and other personal development programs. The coaching program can be considered recovery maintenance and after-care after a long journey.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP COACHING AND 1:1 PSychotherapy?
Group coaching does not offer the treatment for mental health related illnesses. Group coaching is an opportunity to learn applicable skills and sit within a community of other women. Individual psychotherapy involves an entire set of ethical and legal regulations and is considered treatment for mental health related illnesses. WHy is it important that i have already begun my healing journey?
This program is not a substitute for treatment for mental health related illnesses. This program teaches basic self-care rituals that support therapeutic intervention from a licensed mental health professional. If you have not processed or received previous treatment for a mental health related illness, please be aware this program does not offer mental health treatment. We will not process your traumatic experiences. Instead, we offer basic recovery maintenance techniques in times of personal distress.
What do I need to participate?
The program does require materials for the self-care rituals. You will be given a list of these items when you enroll. These items may already be available to you in your home. If not, the cost of the materials would not be more than a half hour trip to the dollar store. All sessions are held virtually so you will also need a secure wi-fi connection, and a laptop or SmartPhone with Zoom capabilities.
What is self regulation?
Self regulation is a skill meant to assist you in calming your nervous system. Though we may have taken the time to process our traumas, in whatever fashion that served us, there will be instances where we are triggered by day to day life. In these small stressful moments, it is nice to have a set of tools readily available to help us take deep breaths, ground and move forward.
How much is the cost of the program?
There are two options available to access this course:
$397 SELF PACED PROGRAM: In this program, you will receive lifetime access to pre-recorded video sessions. You may complete each session at your own pace. Included in this program is one 20 minute individual session for Module 2.
$997 LIVE GROUP PROGRAM: In this program, you will attend live group sessions with myself and other women. It is a small intimate setting held once a week. Sessions are 90 minutes long.
