TRAUMA INFORMED TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS

Lauren provides educational support and resources to the community by partnering with local organizations, schools and small business that are committed to ending the stigma of mental illness. Our small group workshops and trainings are designed to empower trauma survivors and providers with psychoeducation on mental health recovery and trauma informed care.

We have worked with a number of small businesses, universities and organizations such as:

• University of California - Berkeley Empowering Women of Color Conferences,

• NAMI - Solano County,

• the Filipino Mental Health Initiative of SF & Napa-Solano County,
